St. Agnes Chapter -St Stephens Episcopal Church -Oak Ridge, TN
The St Agnes Chapter of The Daughters of The King was chartered in 1963. We have 37 members, who are members of the St Stephen's Episcopal Church. As members of the Daughters of the King, we share in the mission, vision, and motto of the order:
Mission: The mission of this Order shall be the extension of Christ's Kingdom through Prayer, Service, and Evangelism.
Vision: Empowered by the Holy Spirit, our vision is to encourage and enable all to be reflections of God's love, reaching out through prayer, service and evangelism to spread His Kingdom.
Motto: For His Sake....I am one, but I am one.I cannot do everything, but I can do something. What I can do, I ought to do. What I ought to do, by the grace of God, I will do. Lord, what will you have me to do?
